MEXCIAN food cannot be eaten without tequila. It's a fact. Frankie Villanueva from Cantina Laredo in Covent Garden, a gourmet Mexican restaurant, has the perfect recipe to complement your fajitas.
As they say, life should be taken with a pinch of salt... and a squeeze of lime and a shot of tequila...
Ingredients:
35ml el Jimador Blanco
150ml cranberry juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
Build all into an ice filled glass and garnish with a lime wedge (squeeze). For that extra Christmas touch, garnish the drink with two raspberries.
