Barcentrale - the barHow good can pizza be unless you have starved yourself for five days beforehand? But I like Bar Centrale because they seem to do things properly.
Barcentrale - the tableThe big picture is their Romana – olives, capers, anchovies. You can read that as my entry into the World’s 50 Best Pizza Houses. A thin crusty base smeared with a little tomato and mozzarella – as are all the bases.
