CALLING all yoga lovers! A recently set up partnership, who aim to promote yoga to a wider audience, are inviting you to participate in a series of classes leading up to a mass session next June.
Yeotown Radiant Health Retreat and The Royal Parks Foundation have teamed up on this event in London parks as a warm-up up to a bigger one next year, which they hope will be the largest mass yoga session in the UK and Europe. After the success of their first event last July, many yoga enthusiasts are expected to turn up for the Sunset Session on Wednesday August 31st at 6pm in the serene Kensington Gardens.
Event sponsors, The Whole Foods Market, will be providing drinks and fruit to all participants throughout the 90 minute session led by expert vinyasa flow yoga instructor Mercedes Ngoh. There will also be live music from Cordao de Ouro to accompany the yoga, which will surely make for a fantastic day out in one of London’s finest gardens.
Participants will need to bring a mat, water and towel and can sign up for the event through their website www.yeolondon.com. Tickets are £5.
