THERE comes a time in every girl’s life when she needs a little pick me up. Whether you’re having a ‘fat day’ or you spilled coffee down the front of your shirt before an important meeting with your boss, sometimes you just need to do something nice for yourself. Something that will make you feel pampered, prettier and ready to take on the world. And there is actually one treatment that has that effect every time: getting a conditioning hair treatment and a blow out. Seriously. What feels better than walking down the street with silky, Pantene-advert hair blowing in the breeze? I can vouch because I’ve recently had just such an experience at Eleven Hair. After all the buzz about the Moroccan Oil treatment I had to try it out. The salon is tucked away just off of the impossibly fabulous New Bond Street (perfect for a little post-hair retail therapy, no?). It’s delightfully unpretentious with a staff equally as lovely. As a blonde, I have been weary of Moroccan Oil after ODing on the stuff when it first hit the market. I would pay hundreds to get my hair done and weeks later it would look dull and lifeless. My stylist immediately pointed to the Moroccan Oil and told me to wean myself off and see if that was the culprit. It was. Like a good addict, I was due for a relapse, hence my appointment at Eleven Hair. Much to my surprise and delight Moroccan Oil has now formulated a Light formula, perfect for light-coloured hair. Et viola! I’m hooked again.

Do not go to this hair salon. Christian ruined my beautiful hair with a digital perm which he pushed me to do as he said my straight hair was boring. He failed to tell me all the damage it would cause. My hair is now frizzy, crunchy, dry, dull, damaged and I had to pay £500 for the pleasure! I put up with the rude whispering, staring staff because they did Yuko but they dont even do that anymore they use some poor substitute. Do not go here and waste your money people.
