Parissa Wax

Waxing has never been easier

Parissa Wax

PARISSA is getting us ready for our summer holidays with their latest natural and ethical home waxing products. These products promise to leave us fuzz-free and are suitable for any skin type. Parissa uses only natural ingredients banishing the blues of post-wax skin irritations often caused by harsh chemicals. We can even rest assured that these products and their packaging are fully recyclable and are made from recyclable material.

Depending on our schedules and lifestyles, Parissa has designed a comprehensive range of wax products. For those short of time, we have the option to use the Parissa express wax strips that simply apply directly to the face or bikini line for minimal time consumption. For those of us with quieter schedules we have the luxury of using the Parissa microwaveable warm wax, which can be used on face, legs and body. These products are great for all of us that don’t like shaving or using an epilator, but for those of us that do love treating our lady gardens right. The Express Wax Strips are only £7.99 and the Warm Wax retails at £8.99 (considerably less than getting it done in a salon).

An alternative to these budget products is the Parissa 2 in 1 Roll on Body Sugar. This is a clever formulation for any skin type, beginner or pro. It got us talking, because on the first impression body sugar doesn’t seem like a wax product, but in fact it is. For us, Parissa’s 2 in 1 Roll is a simple spherical applicator containing wax and body sugar chamomile, this is to enhance skin’s recovery and provide a less painful experience. Luckily for us, it suits all skin types and is washable. For the many who know, most wax products aren’t washable so if mistakes are made the price is paid, but fortunately this roll on applicator can be washed off at even the slightest blunder.

Ever had the really itchy/sore post-wax skin? Once the waxing is done, you can bet money that Parissa won’t leave you there. Luckily, they’ve also brought out a great follow up product to rehydrate and soothe our sensitive skin. The Parissa Azulene Oil is made with vitamin E and chamomile and it is also said to help prevent those pesky ingrown hairs. You may never have to book another waxing appointment again.

Parissa products are available from Boots and Sainsbury’s stores nationwide.
