CRASH Diet Sticks. They’re the latest controversial weight loss method by Rodial. Basically, if you drink between one and two a day (it’s a powder you mix with water) in addition to your normal/sensible diet, you’ll almost definitely lose weight.
Each stick contains a powdery concoction, which you sip on during the day. Guarana, caffeine and green tea speed up your metabolism and burn fat, while ash tree and cactus fruit supplements help the body get rid of excess water. Nasty toxins are also eliminated through a powerful combination of dandelion and fennel extracts.
While we our tester did lose a few pounds as expected, we reckon it was all water weight because as soon as the crash diet was over the pounds reappeared. It is too soon to talk about advantages and disadvantages, however, it is rumoured that model Kate Moss is a fan.
Our verdict? Great in theory, but good old fashioned diet and exercise is always the way to go.
