Beer & Cheese Matching With Schneider and Jumi Cheese
Teaming the best beer with the finest cheese this coming Monday will be the leading traditionalist of wheat beer, Schneider. The eccentric madcap microbrewer and global sensation will be teaming with the Swiss family-owned Jumi cheese company to create an informal beer and cheese tasting night of fun at The Bull in Highgate from 7pm. The matches will include ‘Belper Knolle’ with Schneider’s iconic Weisses beer and you will also get the chance to try Schneider’s Eisbock, which is aged in pinot noir casks.
